Who we are
Wagtail VM is operated by aufintools Pty Ltd (ABN to be confirmed in the final policy), Australia. Contact: hello@wagtail-vm.com.au.
What we collect
Depending on how you use the site or service, we may collect:
- Identity and contact details (name, email, phone, business name)
- Demo preferences (niche, voice, agent name)
- Account and billing details when you subscribe
- Call metadata, recordings, and transcripts needed to run the Voicemail Agent
- Technical logs (IP address, device/browser, pages visited) for security and reliability
How we use information
- Provide demos, answer enquiries, and onboard customers
- Operate call answering, transcription, SMS/email summaries, and the dashboard
- Bill for the service and prevent fraud or misuse
- Improve product quality and support (including debugging call issues)
- Meet legal and regulatory obligations
We do not sell personal information.
Call content
When the Voicemail Agent answers a call, audio may be recorded and transcribed so we can deliver summaries to the business user. Callers may be notified that the conversation may be recorded. Retention periods and deletion options will be set out in the final policy and product settings.
Sharing
We use subprocessors to deliver infrastructure (for example hosting, telephony, email or SMS delivery, and payments). They only process data as needed to provide those services. A current subprocessor list will be published with the solicitor-reviewed policy.
Storage and security
We aim to store customer and caller data in Australia where practicable and apply access controls, encryption in transit, and operational security practices appropriate to a telephony SaaS product. No system is perfectly secure; please contact us if you suspect an issue.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you may request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you, and raise a privacy complaint with us first. If unresolved, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC). Overseas callers whose data is processed for a customer may need to exercise rights through that customer, depending on the relationship.
Cookies and analytics
We may use essential cookies for authentication and security, and analytics to understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings where available.
Changes
We may update this draft as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. The final policy may require acceptance at signup.
