Terms of Use

Last updated: 4 August 2026

Draft — not legal advice. This will be replaced with solicitor-reviewed terms before paid launch.

Agreement

By using wagtail-vm.com.au, related marketing pages, demos, or the Wagtail VM product (the "Service"), you agree to these draft terms. The Service is provided by aufintools Pty Ltd for Australian businesses.

What Wagtail VM does

Wagtail VM provides an AI Voicemail Agent that can answer missed calls, capture caller intent, and send summaries by SMS and email. Features available during demo may differ from a paid subscription.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when registering or requesting a demo and keep login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. The Service is intended for business use; you must be able to enter contracts for your organisation.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service for unlawful, harassing, or deceptive communications
  • Do not attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to systems
  • Do not reverse engineer the Service except where Australian law allows
  • Comply with recording, spam, and telemarketing laws that apply to your calls

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these terms are breached.

Demos and marketing content

Demo experiences and marketing pages are provided as-is for evaluation. Pricing, features, and availability may change. Statements about industry outcomes are illustrative and not a guarantee of results.

Fees

Paid plans, billing cycles, GST treatment, and cancellation rights will be set out in the final customer agreement and checkout flow. Unpaid invoices may result in suspension.

Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Service, branding, and software. You retain rights in your content and caller data you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to operate the Service.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, demos and the website are provided without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these draft terms excludes non-excludable consumer guarantees. Liability caps and indemnity terms for paid use will appear in the final agreement.

Governing law

These draft terms are governed by the laws of Australia (and of the Australian State or Territory named in the final agreement). Courts of that jurisdiction will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
